Its non-sequential narrative form at once mirrors the way one tunes a piano (starting in the middle then alternating up/down) while standing in contrast to one character (Arnie's) inability to move beyond the passing of his wife, highlighting life's painful linearity; the medium's plasticity opposes Arnie's physical and emotional obstinance, reflecting my own process of dealing with loss.
